End of Month - Print End of Month Reports

Use this option if a report batch has been setup in Micronet for your End of Month reports (for more information about report batches, refer to "Reports - Edit Batch Reports"). This allows you to print all your EOM reports using this single menu option.

Suggested reports to include in an EOM report batch include:

• Inventory Valuation Report - refer to "Inventory Reports - Valuation Report"
• Inventory Profitability Report - refer to "Inventory Reports - Profitability Report"
• Aged Trial Balance report - refer to "Debtor Reports - Aged Trial Balance"
• sales tax reports (if applicable) - refer to "End of Month - Tax Claim Report", "End of Month - Tax Summary Report" and "End of Month - Tax Exemptions Pending"
• debtor statements - refer to "End of Month - Statements"
• Monthly Sales Register report - refer to "Sales Desk Reports - Monthly Sales Register"
• Salesperson Commissions report - refer to "Salesperson Reports - Commission Report"
• System Summary - refer to "Sales Desk Inquiries - System Summary".

Technical Tip If there is no report batch setup for your EOM reports, you simply print each report individually using the appropriate options under the END OF MONTH menu and the REPORTS menu.

Reference If you want to print debtor statements and batched EOM reports at the same time, refer to "End of Month - Statements and Batched Reports".

To print batched EOM reports:

1. Select END OF PERIOD | END OF MONTH | PRINT END OF MONTH REPORTS.

Micronet displays the Print End of Month Reports screen.

2. Select the Accept button.

Micronet prints all reports assigned to the EOM report batch.
